Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:
  • Merchant Admin access to your Bila dashboard
  • The team member’s full name, email address, and phone number (if enabling SMS notifications)

Steps

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar
  2. Select the Admins tab from the top navigation bar
  3. Click + Invite Admin at the top right
  4. Enter the team member’s first name, last name, and email address
  5. Add their phone number if you want them to receive SMS notifications
  6. Select which wallets they should have access to
  7. Choose their role — this controls what actions they can take (see Access Roles)
  8. Set their notification type and notification channels (Email, SMS, or both)
  9. Review the summary and click Send Invitation
The team member will receive an email invitation with a link to create their account. Their status will show as PENDING in the Admins dashboard until they accept.
If the invitation email isn’t received, ask the team member to check their spam folder. You can resend the invite from the Admins dashboard by clicking the options menu ... next to their name.

Next Steps

Once they accept:
  • Their status updates to ACTIVE
  • They can log in at app.usebila.com with the credentials they set up
  • Their access is immediately governed by the role you assigned
