Mobile money deposits are processed instantly, 24/7. Bank transfers may take 1 to 24 hours depending on your bank’s processing times.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:- An active Bila business account
- Access to a registered mobile money wallet or a bank account linked to Bila
Step 1: Open the Payments Dashboard
Click Payments in the left sidebar.Step 2: Click Add Money
Click the Add Money card at the top of the Payments dashboard.Step 3: Select a Wallet
Choose the wallet you want to top up — either your Main Wallet or one of your Sub-Wallets.Step 4: Select a Payment Method
Choose either Mobile Money or Bank Transfer.| Method | Processing Time | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile Money | Instant | Active MTN, Airtel, or Zamtel wallet |
| Bank Transfer | 1 to 24 hours | Zambian bank account |
Step 5: Enter the Amount and Details
Enter the amount you want to deposit and fill in any required details for your chosen payment method.Step 6: Confirm the Transaction
Review all the details carefully before confirming. Once submitted, authorise the payment through your mobile money prompt or complete the bank transfer as instructed. Confirmation: A success notification appears once the funds have been received. Your wallet balance updates immediately for mobile money deposits.Next Steps
