The Recent Payments table on your Payments dashboard gives you a full record of every transaction on your account. You can search, filter, and drill into individual transactions for full details.

Step 1: Open the Payments Dashboard

Click Payments in the left sidebar.

Step 2: Locate the Recent Payments Table

Scroll down to the Recent Payments section. Each row shows:
ColumnWhat It Shows
CustomerThe recipient’s name or mobile number
AmountThe transaction value in ZMW
Transaction IDA unique reference ID for the transfer
DateThe date and time the payment was initiated
Approval StatusWhether the transfer is Approved or Pending approval
StatusThe current state: Processed, Awaiting Funds, or Failed
ActionsClick the eye icon to view full transaction details

Step 3: Search or Filter

Use the tools above the table to find a specific transaction:

Search barType a customer name, phone number, or transaction ID
Status filtersClick All, Processed, Awaiting Funds, or Failed to narrow the list

Step 4: View Full Transaction Details

Click the eye icon on any row to open the full detail view for that transaction. The detail panel shows the complete transaction ID, recipient, amount, fee, timestamp, approval status, and payment status.
Copy the full Transaction ID from the detail view when contacting Bila support about a specific payment. It helps our team locate the transaction immediately.
