Step 1: Open the Payments Dashboard
Click Payments in the left sidebar.Step 2: Locate the Recent Payments Table
Scroll down to the Recent Payments section. Each row shows:| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Customer | The recipient’s name or mobile number |
| Amount | The transaction value in ZMW |
| Transaction ID | A unique reference ID for the transfer |
| Date | The date and time the payment was initiated |
| Approval Status | Whether the transfer is Approved or Pending approval |
| Status | The current state: Processed, Awaiting Funds, or Failed |
| Actions | Click the eye icon to view full transaction details |
Step 3: Search or Filter
Use the tools above the table to find a specific transaction:| Tool | How to Use |
|---|---|
| Search bar | Type a customer name, phone number, or transaction ID |
| Status filters | Click All, Processed, Awaiting Funds, or Failed to narrow the list |
Step 4: View Full Transaction Details
Click the eye icon on any row to open the full detail view for that transaction. The detail panel shows the complete transaction ID, recipient, amount, fee, timestamp, approval status, and payment status.Next Steps
