Every Bila account has one permanent Default Payment Link displayed at the top of your Payment Links page. This is your main business QR code, it stays with your account and never changes.
  • Your business name and URL are shown on the card. e.g. usebila.com/pay/115
  • Click QR to download the code or Copy Link to share the URL directly.
  • Use this as your everyday payment code, print it, display it at your till, or add it to your WhatsApp Business profile.
The Default Payment Link is Flexible — customers enter whatever amount they need to pay.

Each link you create also has its own QR code, built for a specific purpose. There are three link types.
  • Fixed — Amount is set by you. The customer cannot change it.
  • Flexible — Customer enters any amount they choose.
  • Suggested — A suggested amount is shown, the customer can adjust it before paying.
To access a QR code for any individual link, click the ... menu on the link row.
