Overview

Your Viewstore is your public-facing catalogue — a shareable link where customers can browse your products and place orders directly. This guide walks you through setting up your profile, activating sales, and sharing your store.
Only a Merchant Admin can configure store settings.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:
  • Admin access to your Bila dashboard
  • A high-quality banner image and business logo ready to upload
  • A store slug in mind that matches your business name (e.g. your-business-name)

Step 1: Customise Your Public Profile

Your profile is the first thing customers see. A complete, professional profile builds brand trust and increases conversion.
  1. In the left sidebar, navigate to Product Store → Store Settings.
  2. In the Public Profile section, upload your banner image and business logo.
  3. Enter your Store Name and Store Slug — this generates your unique storefront URL:
usebila.com/store/your-slug
  1. Click Save Settings.
Your store slug is permanent once saved. Choose one that closely matches your business name — it cannot be changed after your first save.

Step 2: Activate Sales

Control when your business accepts orders with a single toggle.
  1. Locate the Store Status card on the right side of the settings page.
  2. Switch the Accepting Orders toggle to ON.
  3. Click Save Settings to apply the change.

Use the OFF state when you need to pause orders temporarily — for example, during a stock audit or a public holiday — without taking your store offline or unpublishing your products.

Step 3: Share Your Store

Drive traffic to your storefront across all your digital channels.

Live previewClick the orange View Store button to open your public catalogue in a new tab and see exactly what customers see
Your store URL is shareable the moment your slug is saved — even before Accepting Orders is switched ON. Use this to preview and review your catalogue before going live.

Before sharing your link publicly, confirm the following:
