The team member feature allows you to give access to your Bila account to individuals who are not signatories.

Access levels include:

  • Initiator and Approver: Can initiate and approve payments
  • Initiator Only: Can only initiate payments
  • Approver Only: Can only approve payments
  • Viewer: Can only view account activities but cannot perform transactions
  • Notifications Only: Receives truncated transaction alerts via email or phone for account inflows without dashboard access. This is useful for retail outlets that receive payments via bank transfer.
