## Tips for a Good Bug Report

A detailed report helps the team identify and fix the issue faster. Where possible, include:

* The **exact Transaction ID** or customer number affected
* The **date and time** the issue occurred
* What **status or approval state** the transaction was in (e.g. Approved, Failed, Awaiting Funds)
* A **screenshot** if it helps explain what you saw — the form prompts you to include one if relevant

<Info>
  The form reminds you: *"Tell us what went wrong. Include screenshots if they help explain the issue."*
</Info>

## After You Submit

Once submitted, the Bila team will review your report. You do not need to take any further action unless the team reaches out for more information.

<Note>
  Submitting a bug report does not automatically reverse a failed transaction or change its status. If you have an urgent payment issue, contact support directly via [Help and Support](/help-and-support).
