# Supported Payment Methods

> The payment rails Bila supports for collections and payouts in Zambia.

Bila supports mobile money for both **collections** (receiving payments from customers) and **payouts** (sending funds to recipients) across Zambia. Bank transfers are supported for payouts and are coming soon for collections.

## Mobile Money

Bila integrates with all three major mobile money networks in Zambia:

| Provider             | Network       |
| -------------------- | ------------- |
| **Airtel Money**     | Airtel Zambia |
| **MTN Mobile Money** | MTN Zambia    |
| **Zamtel Kwacha**    | Zamtel        |

Mobile money transactions do not require a traditional bank account. Funds are sent and received directly through the recipient's registered mobile money wallet using their phone number.

## Bank Transfers

Bank transfers are supported for outgoing **payouts** to any Zambian commercial bank. Processing times vary by bank, typically same-day to next business day.
